Conductor Transportation Management Platform

This platform helps local governments manage their bike-share, e-scooter, and taxi programs by integrating data from providers and digitizing the regulatory process. For each new feature I created internal resources for use by Product, Sales, and Customer Services teams, as well as all external-facing Marketing artifacts.

Unacast

Social Distancing Scoreboard

Early in the COVID pandemic I was instrumental in developing and launching this wildly successful product. By creating in-depth blog posts, dynamic visual assets, and compelling data stories, I enabled Unacast’s PR team to earn 500+ media placements. A dedicated webpage, pitch deck, brochure, and email campaign helped pull the record number of inbound leads all the way through the sales funnel.

Intersection

Wheelhouse REal Estate Integration Platform

Intersection created an ambitious platform to integrate all the data that flows through a mixed-use neighborhood. I re-structured the product narrative around “applications” with specific use cases that would enable real estate developers to increase value per square foot and provide seamless experiences for residents, shoppers, and workers.

Irys

Optics Location Data Insights

When Irys’ new data engine, Optics, enabled them to expand their offering to data insights and visualizations, they needed a way to convey the new capabilities to clients and prospects. Targeting both existing and new industries, I created sales and investor decks, brochures, and outreach emails that mocked up the product, articulated the value proposition, and demonstrated a variety of potential use cases.

Living Map

Live Mapping Platform & Products

Living Map needed a better way to talk about its offerings. After extensive research and interviews, I created a shot-over-the-bow manifesto which lays the foundation for: clearly describing the platform and its suite of three products, the value proposition of each, and how they support the greater vision of seamless, connected air travel — all in a voice that conveys the company’s straightforward, British sensibility.

From robotics to building materials, the real estate division of this large tech company is tasked with exploring new ideas to make the portfolio more sustainable, and efficient, and better for employees. I produced a variety of branded tools and visual assets to help communicate the group’s findings and recommendations, enabling the larger organization to prioritize which ideas to pilot and subsequently roll out across offices.

Expanding to Moonshot

After creating the government-focused Conductor platform, Lacuna wanted to go bigger. By leaning on its expertise in both the public and private sectors (notorious frienemies in the transportation world) I’m helping the company carve out a niche as a trusted third party, brokering pan-modal data exchanges between the two that lead to a better transportation ecosystem for all — especially transportation users.

Establishing Industry Leadership

In parallel to a strategic product shift from raw data streams for adtech to curated sets for new verticals, I led Unacast’s brand evolution. To help differentiate from competitors, I prioritized thought-leader content with a heavy emphasis on data science and accuracy. Working across teams to push the limits of what the product could do, I created topical blog and social posts, white papers, explainer videos, and more.

Monstarlab

Post-Acquisition Pivoting

When the NYC-local tech consultancy Fuzz Productions was acquired by Tokyo-based Monstarlab, the stateside Sales / Client Services team needed a way to convey the benefits of a globalized team to current customers as well as those already in the pipeline. In addition to melding Fuzz and Monstarlab content into a single look-and-feel, I reworked the story and created the template for a new pitch deck that did just that.

Launching Planet-Wide CONNECTIVITY

Working with one of Silicon Valley’s wireless networking pioneers, I developed the story and visual identity for an early-stage startup with the ambitious aim of creating a space-based, high-bandwidth network to empower the internet of things across the entire planet. I applied the new brand across a variety of materials, including business cards, informational pamphlets, and an investor pitch deck.
